Dr. Weiliang Zhao received his PhD at the School of Mathematics and Computing, University of Western Sydney in 2009. Prior to joining the University of Wollongong, Dr. Zhao held a number of positions including: Data Analyst at the Copyright Agency; Software Developer at ROAMZ; Research Fellow at Computing Department of Macquarie University; and Software Developer at ANZ Bank; researcher at: the University of Western Sydney; Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; and Chinese Academy of Science. Dr Zhao has 47 publications on service computing and energy efficiency systems. Dr. Zhao is active in both the research and professional communities and has been a program committee chair of the Fourth International Conference on Internet and Web Applications and Services and a program committee member of ICIW, ICSOC, ICSGS, AWC.
