Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registration fees paid for any conference organized by The Science and Information (SAI) Organization.

1. No Refunds on Cancellation or Non-Attendance

If you cancel your registration, or do not attend the conference you registered for, the registration fee will not be refunded. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance, and regardless of how far in advance notice is given.

2. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a co-author or colleague at no additional charge, subject to the relevant paper's presentation requirements. Substitution requests should be made via the relevant conference's Contact page as early as possible.

3. Rejected or Withdrawn Papers

If a paper is desk-rejected or rejected after peer review before the registration fee is paid, no fee is owed. If a fee has already been paid and the paper is subsequently withdrawn by the author, the fee already paid will not be refunded.

4. Conference Postponement or Cancellation by the Organizer

If a conference is cancelled or rescheduled by The Science and Information (SAI) Organization due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified promptly. The event will be rescheduled where possible; refunds in this case, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of The Science and Information (SAI) Organization, or alternative participation options may be offered.
