Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of our conference websites and services
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This website is operated by The Science and Information (SAI) Organization ("SAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of this site — including submitting a paper, registering for a conference, or browsing our conference sub-sites (Computing, Intelligent Systems, Future Technologies, Computer Vision, and related series) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in relevant laws and regulations. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using this site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained appropriate consent for a minor dependent to use it. You agree to use our websites and submission systems only for lawful purposes, and not to violate any applicable law (including copyright law), transmit malicious code, or otherwise disrupt our services. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of your access.
2. Paper Submissions
By submitting a manuscript, you represent that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere, and that you have the right to submit it on behalf of all listed co-authors. All submissions are subject to editorial screening and peer review, and may be checked for plagiarism and duplicate or overlapping submission using automated similarity-detection tools. Authors found to have breached academic integrity policies may have their submission rejected and may be barred from future submissions.
SAI Conferences does not guarantee that any paper will be published by a specific publisher, indexed in any particular database, or accepted by an indexing service — these decisions are made independently by the relevant publisher or indexing body based on their own quality standards. Authors are expected to attend the conference in person to present their papers; SAI Conferences may exclude or limit the distribution of any paper that is not presented.
3. Registration, Payment, and Cancellations
Conference registration fees must be paid in full by the applicable deadline to secure presentation of an accepted paper and inclusion in the conference proceedings. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. If you cancel your registration or do not attend the conference, your fee will not be refunded — see our Refund Policy for details.
The venue, schedule, speakers, and programme of any conference are subject to reasonable change. If a conference is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify registered attendees promptly; the event will be rescheduled where possible, and refunds may be provided at our sole discretion, or alternative participation options offered.
In order to comply with applicable sanctions regimes, we are unable to accept payments or registrations connected with certain sanctioned countries or territories. Please contact us if you have questions about whether this applies to you.
4. Conduct at Conferences
Unauthorised use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited at SAI Conferences events. Filming and photography may take place at any conference; by attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used in our marketing and promotional materials without payment. Please take care of your personal belongings — The Science and Information (SAI) Organization cannot accept liability for lost or stolen property. All participants are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct at all times, whether attending in person or virtually.
5. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all material is accurate, complete, or up to date, and any reliance on it is at your own risk. Some content may be historical and provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the content of this site at any time without obligation to update every reference to it.
6. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authors retain copyright in their own work, subject to any licence granted to SAI or its publishing partners for inclusion in the conference proceedings and indexing. All website content, branding, and design elements are the property of The Science and Information (SAI) Organization and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Science and Information (SAI) Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
9. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications on the same subject.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
