Gokhan Bakal received his PhD and MSc degrees in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, USA in 2019 and 2014, respectively. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Abdullah Gul University, Turkey. His research areas are text mining, machine & deep learning, bioinformatics & medical informatics, and computational drug discovery.
