I earned my first degree in Communications Engineering at University of Kent (UK). I got Master of Engineering Science (Computer Engineering) and Master of Engineering Science (Engineering Management) at Queensland University of Technology. I got my MBA at Heriot Watt University (UK). Finally, I got PhD at University of Queensland, Australia. Now I am working in City University of Hong Kong as a Lecturer. I am a Chartered Engineer (UK) and member of Hong Kong Computer Society and member of British Computer Society.
