I lead the Reinforcement Learning group at Didi Research America, based in Mountain View, CA. I graduated with a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) at Columbia University, New York. My research interest lies broadly in operations research, machine learning/reinforcement learning, and big data analytics, with applications in smart transportation, E-commerce, and information security.
